jabberings, jottings, and jumbled thoughts
Oh, my...this is why I am so very cautious in both word and deed. And, I know God...and Grampy...are watching me. There are so very many things that you cannot un-do...or un-say. I am not sure I get the pig, but good thought for the day. *wink*
You are wise, Annie. I think too many people today believe they can do whatever they want, but are then surprised to discover that consequences follow, and they always do. I'm not really sure about the pig either, I just liked the quote. The pig appears to be pondering his actions... or regretting them. :-)
Maybe he made a "pig" of himself, gluttony of some sort. He looks ashamed.
LOL, you might have a point there, he does look like he feels bad about his actions! :-)
Very true, Stephen Covey is wise.
He certainly is, Ellen! If everyone understood this perhaps better choices would be made!
I wonder in this world today, if some people are even aware that a thing called consequences even exits! A lot of people seem to think they are an island.
I suspect that many people think they will somehow manage to get by without facing any consequences, but what about how their actions affect others? In time that comes back to us too!
Your comments are always appreciated... they make me smile! :-)
