jabberings, jottings, and jumbled thoughts
Today i will look for a way to do just that.
We can always find a way or make a way if we set our minds to it, Mimi!
It is harder for humans; they definitely need to be reminded.
You are right that some days it is harder to believe, we can be the reminder, and we should all try to do that! :-)
I like that idea.
Think of all the times just one smile, or kind word or uplifiting post made you feel better about life, Ellen, I know those things make a big difference to me! :-)
Always be that reason! It takes two seconds to be kind - hold the door for someone, share a smile, say hello, offer your seat...there is so much hurt in the world and to just be kind for two seconds can really make the difference in someone's day - to show someone that there really is good in the world. Love this!
You are absolutely right, Kimberly! It's easy to do, there are many ways and opportunities. One person can make all the difference to another on a hard day, and really, isn't that exactly why we are all here, to help each other?
Tomorrow is my volunteer day at our local shelter, and it can get quite busy at times. It's a lot of just plain manual labour like food prep, dishes, and clothing sorting: but I will carry this thought with me through it all.
I love that you do a volunteer day. I need to look into that too, if I am going to be able to be home more. Volunteering is an awesome thing to do, and despite the sometimes routine drudgery of that, happy conversation, little interactions can make it a blessed day for everyone you come in contact with!
Your comments are always appreciated... they make me smile! :-)
