jabberings, jottings, and jumbled thoughts
Just for today. Tomorrow, when i wake up, i will again try it "just for today." Right now, i need some peace.
One day at a time is all we get. No promise for tomorrow. I will try to live intentionally attentive to peace and harmony.
This is my intent every day, and it hurts me when others do not reciprocate...but, it does not stop me. I can only control myself and my intents. And I can control how I react to others. So, I go on.
Very nice thought, I need to work on this one. I get so easily annoyed when I have to go out into the world and deal with rude people ( there seems to be a lot of them).
This is what I love about practicing Mindfulness -- you get in the habit of just always being in this space. And one day, it's not a habit: it's actually your heart.
