  1. I think all of the time, to the point of not always sleeping at night. I usually eat around noon. I am best to do work in the morning; I rise early. It works for me.

    1. My mind is always running too, or at least the squirrel in the cage is! Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night with a blog idea or the answer to a question I had, or something I forgot to do at work! Thankfully, I am able to go back to sleep very quickly. I agree that if work doesn't get done in the morning it is less likely to get done. Afternoon is not my active time :-)

  2. This sounds like a good plan. I wish I could do it,but I eat all day which I would like to stop doing. Have a nice weekend.

    1. I do too, Ellen, I don't have much discipline when it comes to foraging for snacks. ;-)

  3. Sounds great, except i had to work. It does make me tired enough to sleep at night, at least much of the time.

    1. So did Papa Bear, Mimi, so his holiday weekend will be a short one. There is never a problem with being ready for sleep in this house either. I would love to have half the energy I did at 40!

  4. They say that Morning People think better in the morning. I am not a morning person but it still makes sense to not do important things real hasty.
I liked your fill-ins, Josie. Keep them coming.
Have a nice weekend. we are flying our flag this weekend but bring it in for the nights. Monday could be a little sad, Mrs. Jim's brother died when his airplane got shot down over Italy in December 1943. Mrs. Jim was born January 1, 1944.

    1. I am a morning person, but only if I get plenty of sleep the night before, which seems more rare as I get older. I want the energy I had at 40, or even 50! :-) I am enjoying the fill-ins, you should join us! I am thinking of Mrs. Jim's mother who lost a son and gained a daughter in less than a month's time back then, so very much to deal with, but I'm sure Mrs. Jim brought some smiles back into her life and helped heal her broken heart! I love people who fly our flag, my father always did!

  5. Ha - it's so funny, but I think I actually follow this!! I do most of my blogging and reading/writing in the morning, my exercise and chores in the afternoon, and then prepare for bed in the evening! No wonder I am pretty happy - I am following the perfect day plan! LOL

    1. LOL, I am delighted it works for you! My problem is I want to do the reading/writing/eating/napping plan! :-)

  6. I am productive in the morning if it's a day I am at work. If not at work not much gets done until afternoon. I eat whenever and take naps in the afternoon, then go to bed after midnight so I guess I don't sleep at night.

    1. It sounds like our plans are pretty similar, Patricia. Morning is my best time at work, I grow weary by mid-afternoon. I love naps and we eat whenever we are hungry if at home. We also stay up late on weekends. I would like to get more sleep on weeknights but evenings are already so short!
