jabberings, jottings, and jumbled thoughts
Biblically, the rainbow is a promise from God. It is nice to think of this as making someone's day brighter or colourful. I also like to think of it as keeping the promise of friendship (and all relationships).
I like it as a symbol for brightening someone's day too, keeping the promise to care for each other as He has cared for us!
Nice to think of a caring word as a rainbow. Rainbows are reminders of God's promise and hope-filled.
I think so too, Patricia, and really, that is how it feels when you're having a bad day and someone brightens it!
A word at the right time can make a difference in someone's life. It's nice to think of this as a verbal rainbow.
Yes it surely can, Mimi! I think most of us have been both the giver and the receiver in such situations and it just brings joy all around to share a little caring, what better symbol than a rainbow in the storms of life?!
