  3. Smiling at most people brings an instant response. There was one man i remember, horribly disfigured by a fire, and he was used to people staring in shock. When i saw him i managed to stop the shock before it registered and gave him a huge, friendly smile. He was delighted and smiled back. It was just an instant, but i hope it made his day a little better.

  6. Sometimes when I look in the mirror, I just smile. I feel and look better. Catching a stranger's eye in the grocery store and smiling, makes a connection - we're all in this together. We all smile in the same language!

  7. Smiles are amazing. Something people seem so surprised when I smile at them when I walk past. Most smile back but some peeps ignore me.
