Josie Two Shoes is on Facebook!

For some time now I've been attempting a balancing act between my legal/public identity, and my personal/private identity as Josie Two Shoes. Some people know me only as one or the other, but the number of people who are aware of both identities and my blog is increasing. I've been debating whether or not to bring Josie and my blog out of the closet and into the public eye, since in reality, she is more me than my given name will ever be.

I have shared so much of myself on my blog over the years that it's a bit intimidating to put it on public display, but then I've always claimed that I have no secrets, and really, at sixty what does it matter what people think? Love me, or hate me, as long as I am good with who I am now all is well, and it's taken every one of those hard-learned life lessons to get me to this place.

So, for the very first time, I am linking up Two Shoes in Texas to Facebook.  If you're on Facebook please come and visit me at https://www.facebook.com/pages/Josie-Two-Shoes/354429328062887  Let's see what happens!

  1. Ah, I've spotted you there before in my "suggested friend" list. I recognized your photo but was confused by the name. I'll go be friends with Josie Two Shoes and not WH then. :). I get the need for privacy.

    1. Thank you Sarah! Yes, it's been kind of a dilemna, leaving friends of FB unsure of what to do or what to call me. Now I can be Josie Two Shoes everywhere, and save that other FB page for it's intended social role ;-)

    1. Thank you Mimi! Facebook has it's good and bad points, but I like it for quick notes and playing catch-up with friends and family. I avoid people who use it for drama, and negativity. I'm excited about having a Josie Two Shoes page in addition to my own, it gives me another opportunity to connect with some of the readers here. I greatly value your reading and commenting on my blog posts, your faithfulness is undeserved and very much appreciated! xoxo

    1. That works fine, Lisa! You already know how to find me here and follow my posts, and you are a formidable WWF opponent! We still need to try that 4-letter limit game sometime! :-)
