    1. Agreed and agreed Obi! I love that I am in touch with people from all over the world, and can connect with them from anywhere I go at any time, and my kids are there at the touch of a button too, or I can leave them a text, no need to go home and check your phone messages!

  2. Now that is a fun blog hop! Clearly, though, I do not have the wisdom you do because I mentally filled these in with silly middle-school boy humor. What is wrong with me???

    1. Ahh Lisa, any wisdom to be found here comes from years and years of stupidity! :-) Middle-school boy humor is fun, any kind of humor is fun... I love the seeing all the different takes that come with a blog hop like this one, from serious to silly and all entertaining... have a go at it!

  3. Don't know about rattlesnake, but crocodile supposedly tastes like chicken, too.
Listening to your inner self, incl. your body is very wise.

    1. Papa Bear has also eaten alligator and says it tastes somewhat like chicken too! I wonder if chickens get weary of being maligned like this! LOL

We all have that inner voice, our spirit, but we have to learn to listen, and then to heed what we are being told. We know when things don't feel right, but sometimes we lead with our emotions, which can be very deceptive and not in our best interests.

  4. What nice answers.

I agree about the Internet. The voice inside does have an influence, but I don't listen to it all the time. I should.

Thanks for visiting my blog earlier and for remembering that baby aspirin tastes like oranges. :)

Lovely blog...cute blog name too. Going to follow by e-mail.

    1. Thanks Elizabeth! I think we all tend to ignore that little voice, sometimes the wrong choices can seem so very appealing on the surface, but deep down they are always bad for us.

Baby aspirin was in use for many years before Children's Tylenol, etc came into existence. I remember thinking that it tasted pretty good, and we didn't mind Mom's decision that we needed some. I think that it had the first child-proof caps too, that were miserably difficult!

I'm delighted that you like my blog and plan to follow along, it's nice to meet you!

    1. I have been very much the same Patricia. I could have saved myself many difficulties in life if I would have taken a long hard listen to what my spirit was trying to tell me. I had to do things the hard way. As I get older I have learned the wisdom and comfort of listening more!

Love sounds like an answer too simple to be real, but I honestly believe in it's power. We can accomplish such good things if we will treat others with compassion respect and love, and then deal with whatever issues or difficulties are presented, but not with anger, hate or fear.

  6. What i want to know is what doesn't supposedly taste like chicken? Besides beef and pork, of course.

Love is the greatest force in the universe.

    1. LOL Mimi, I suppose that any "white meat" bears some similarity to chicken in our minds, though I think that frog legs taste a bit fishy despite resembling mini-drumsticks Papa Bear says this is also true of alligator but that alligator tastes good, and better than rattlesnake which tastes a little stringy. I think I'll just take his word for it on both counts. :-)

I absolutely agree with you about love, love is what holds creation together and gives us life!

  8. Love your answers! I think, life would be a lot sweeter and nicer if people used love as a guide! I've never had rattle snake either but have had alligator and it tastes like a mix of veal and chicken. Not too bad. And where would we be without the internet. I've reconnected with so many of my friends from Germany that I probably would have lost total contact with without the conveniences of e-mail and Facebook! Have a great weekend!!!

  9. Your answers are so "You", especially the first one. On #3, listening to that inner voice is correct. Many find it hard to be still enough to hear it, though. Human nature makes us impulsive by nature. We are works in progress.

    1. For sure they are me, Annie! :-) I'm getting better at listening, I wish it was something that we all learned when we were very young, but I think perhaps each person has to find it in themselves. What? You mean I'm not perfect yet?? ;-) xoxo
