jabberings, jottings, and jumbled thoughts
I hate these kind of days. I've had more than one of them too. Bugger.Have a terrific day filled with smooth sailing. ☺
I always feel sad for the people involved when I see evidence of recent accidents as I travel to and from work. I know that for someone, somewhere, things didn't go right at all, and I pray no one was seriously injured. The glass looked deceptively pretty as it reflected the morning sunlight. I am half way thru Monday, so I think we've got this one in the bag! :-)
That's safety glass. Nothing like the thin and sharp piece from a broken olive oil jar that buried itself in my foot last month.Praise be for safety glass in all forms.
Yes indeed, Lotta Joy, still very nasty stuff, but not nearly as dangerous as those shards from things broken on the floor, like the one that attacked you!
Bill & I were just talking about a pick-up who blew past him, right into the rear end of an SUV. He sees too much of this; it happens too often.
Oh Lord, that's terrible! I know he's witnessed so many bad things out there, when you're spending days and nights on the road it's inevitable, and no matter how carefully you drive, there are always idiots jeopardizing everyone's safety. Scary!
Than you Shimon! I don't share much poetry here, it is not something I do well, but this one wrote itself as I prayed for whoever was involved and had their morning begin with an accident.
Your comments are always appreciated... they make me smile! :-)
