Awwww :) You have baby kitties!!! So cute! They're all cute!
The kittens are actually a year old now, Lady in Red, these are some of their sweet baby pics that melt my heart. Cats are not the least bit intimidated by Papa Bear's big size, they all adore him, as do I! :-)
Absolutely adorable! The first one is a real kitty model! :)
Tiggy, the little orange tabby, has grown into a beautiful cat, Mirjam, her fur is long and as soft as a rabbit. She has a lovely, mellow personality too. Her sister, the little tortie is more of a character! :-)
OH! I love kitten pictures...and kittens. Our girls are 4 1/2 yrs, and the kits are 1 1/2 yr. old already...though they still act like kittens! Chloe is a proverbial kitten; she will always act like a baby, I think. These are precious. Our three are all Daddy's Girls, too. ~Hugs~
How lovely it would be if cats remained kittens in size and spirit forever, Annie! They are so precious! They and their four littermates entertained our house greatly for the months we had them! Gracie still has much of her kitten behavior, she definitely plays the role of the baby of the family. :-) I suspect cats love cuddling up with Papa Bear because they know once he sits down he won't likely be getting up and moving around a munch as I tend to do. Stormy is my boy though, and Gracie has become my girl, the other three are all devoted fans of Daddy and there are always at least one or two and sometimes three gathered on and around him!
There is nothing like the love of a sweet cat. I have one on my foot right now so of course I am trapped- I can't disturb the boy!
I so agree, that kind of devotion is hard to ignore. And yes, it is a rule of life that a napping cat should not be disturbed, especially if it is on your lap or feet, or draped across your arm. This is why you will find my in my rocking chair most evenings, ignoring tasks that are calling my name. :-)
Has anything arrived in your mail yet????
Hi Lotta Joy! Not yet... but haven't checked it since Wednesday. I will tomorrow! We only stop at the Post Office about twice a week. I'll let you know when it safely arrives, I promise! :-)
Oh so cute!!!
Indeed they are Yvonne, though I can't honestly say I ever saw a cat that wasn't, even the big old tattered and scarred tomcats have a charm and appeal of their own, because they are survivors. I feed a couple of them outside. One I've known since it was a kitten, the other is apparently quite old. They both come and eat at various times during the day and night and always throw a hissy fit if they accidentally encounter each other. Too funny!
All your cats are soooo beautiful, but the kittens just melt my heart. aaaaawwwww :)
Thank you Kate! We have these four, and then Stormy, an elder cat who starred in last week's Cat Thursday. Kittens are totally irresistable. Just looking at these "baby pics" made me long for another litter. Playing with themand watching them grow was so much fun!
Cool cat pics, they all look so happy! : )
They are a spoiled bunch indeed, Joseph. My daughter always says that cats who end up living with us have won the cat lottery. I'd like to live their life, that's for sure... no worries in the world except waking up in time for breakfast treats! :-)
They are beyond adorable. The top little ginger one is sooooo cute. Awwwww.
Thanks Selma! I'll have to post some photos of her all grown up now. She is a big curvy girl, easily mistaken for a guy, since most orange tabby's are male. This hurts her feelings, cuz she's such a sweetie, very affectionate, and never a nuisance!
They were such cuties, as all baby kittens always are. They grow up so fast!
Your comments are always appreciated... they make me smile! :-)
