Papa Bear's Tale - The Complete Interview

I've concluded my interview with Papa Bear, and we had a great time doing it.  In case you missed part of it, links to all four posts in this series are included below. They can also be found in my sidebar underneath his picture. :-)

If you have any questions you're curious about that weren't covered in the interview, feel free to leave them in the comments below, or on any of my posts.  He'll be more than happy to answer them!

  1. Here's what I would love to see - a list of nicknames/endearments that you call each other (including ones like weenie!) ;-)

    1. LOL Lady in Red! He calls me Darlin' with his deep Texan drawl, and I really do call him Papa Bear, and sometimes Da for short. Name calling is a big issue for him, since he experienced way too much of it as a kid; so we do very little of it, in contrast to my previous relationship where negatives were the order of the day. Though you will hear an occasional "shithead" being tossed out, always accompanied with laughter. He actually never calls me a weenie, he put that in just to see if I'd write down what he was saying, so I left it! I am very afraid of heights especially hanging on the edge of cliffs, I'll write more about that in a post sometime. I was raised a flatlander, and that's where I much prefer to be.
